We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using your information responsibly. We will not disclose your information to a third party unless required to do so by law. No Spam. No way. We have a strict no spam policy. We will only use your email address to send you information about your order. We will not sell, rent, share, or distribute your email address to anyone without your express permission.



The security of your personal information is of the utmost importance to us. We use 128-bit encryption to ensure that no one other than us can decode your information. Here are the two key things to look for in your browser window to ensure that you have a secure connection.The "http" in the web address will be replaced by "https" once you enter the secure section. Depending on the browser, you will see either a padlock (AOL, Mozilla Firefox,Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, Safari) or a solid key (Netscape Navigator) in the upper or lower section of the browser window.


We offer two different shipping options. We try to process all orders within one business day of receiving your order request.

You should receive your order within 4-7 business days from the date your order was placed.

If you place your order before 1pm PT, it will arrive within two business days.

We are happy to announce that we now accept online orders from Canada, UK, Austrailia or New Zealand. You may choose from International Priority Shipping or International Express shipping. Shipping times vary by country.

For all other countries just email us at info@red-daisy.com and let us know the style, sizes and colors you wish to order. We'll reply back with product availability and an order total. If you approve the order just give us call and we'll take down your payment information and have your order on its way. It's that easy.

Local import duties may be payable on orders from overseas. 


PLEASE NOTE: Our free return shipping policy does not apply to international orders. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns and exchanges on international orders. Please refer to our return shipping policies below for more information in international returns and exchanges.

You may choose to send your package either to your billing address or to another address. You may select either option during checkout.


If you’re sending a gift, we can remove the pricing information from the packing receipt. Just place a note in the comments field of your order.


We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. In the rare case that a product is defective, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from date of purchase. We reserve the right to determine whether or not the product has a manufacturing defect. Please wash any defective merchandise before returning it.

If however for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase simply print and fill out the form below and we will refund your money no questions asked.

Returns and exchanges are easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unworn and unwashed merchandise in saleable condition. For a full merchandise refund (cost of the item + applicable taxes) or exchange, please return the product within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Allow at least three (3) weeks to process returns and/or exchanges. We will credit the bank card used to place the original order or issue a check for all other forms of original payment. Returns against orders made with minimum order value promotional discounts may be adjusted based on the revised total order value.


We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on end of season clearance items (discounted 40% or more), items marked as final sale or items listed on our sale page.


For an exchange, we will then place a new order for you based on what you indicated on the return/exchange portion of your packing slip. Any applicable tax and shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Exchanged merchandise shipped to you will be shipped via ground unless otherwise requested. Normal shipping rates will apply.


For returns/exchanges shipped within the US: Please send an email to returns@red-daisy.com with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange.  


For international returns/exchanges: Please email us at returns@red-daisy.com with your order number, the items you are returning and the tracking number for your shipment. We must receive this email within 30 days of original purchase. Please ship your items with a carrier that provides a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Splits59 is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns and exchanges on international orders.
