Shipping Information

Orders

Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Red Daisy, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.

For any questions regarding orders, please contact info@red-daisy.com. We will always make our best efforts to accommodate requests for expedited processing.

Ground — $8 flat rate
2nd Day — $25 flat rate
Overnight – $35 flat rate

Where do you ship?

We ship in the United States and Internationally! Tell us where you want Red Daisy and we will get it to you!

 

Returns & Exchanges

Return Request Forms

We're sorry things didn't work out! Red Daisy appreciates your business and is happy to process your return or exchange.

RETURN POLICY: Red Daisy merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

All purchases must meet the following conditions:

  • Cannot be worn or washed
  • Must have original tags affixed and intact
  • A completed Return Request Form
  • Copy of your original invoice

Note: Any garment submitted for return that does not meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer.

 

For an exchange, we will place a new order for you based on your indications on the return/exchange portion of your Return Request Form. Any applicable tax and shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Exchanged merchandise shipped to you will be shipped via ground unless otherwise requested. Normal shipping rates will apply.

Q: When will my credit card be refunded?

A: Customer refund, once approved, will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days after your package is received by Red Daisy LLC. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction takes place.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Red Daisy LLC.

Sales Items are not returnable.
